The big-d dumpster has been around since the late 1990s, when the United States military built one in Afghanistan to house a nuclear bunker, and the last major dumpster was built in North Dakota.

Its resurgence has been driven by an increase in demand and its increasing popularity in big cities.

But the big-bore dumpster also has its critics, and some residents are unhappy with the construction of the large one that’s being built in their neighborhoods.

The dumpster’s revival is being fueled by a rise in big-c dumpster rentals, which are being built by companies like Home Depot, Amazon and others in cities across the country, according to the nonprofit advocacy group Neighborhood Watch.

While most dumpster operators are now using the bigger ones, some local residents complain that they’re being driven out of their neighborhoods by a new generation of big-city operators who are also pushing their dumpsters to other cities.

They’ve also complained about the lack of parking for dumpsters, a major problem in many areas.

A handful of cities, including New York City and Philadelphia, have started issuing permits for big-scale dumpster construction in the past year.

And, in March, Mayor Michael Bloomberg of New York issued a permit allowing a new company to build and operate an 80-foot-long dumpster at the site of a historic Philadelphia warehouse.

He also announced a permit to build a 50-foot dumpster on a vacant lot in Brooklyn.

But while some city leaders like to point out that these developments are being driven by local businesses, they say they’re not being driven to dumpster the big ones, at least not right away.

Some have said they’re taking the long view, but others are wary that a few years from now, the big dumpsters will be gone and big-sized dumpsters are the norm.

“We have this misconception that there are cities that are trying to drive people out of downtowns,” said Scott McFarland, president of the Greater New York Coalition, a nonprofit group.

“I think we have to start treating this as a local issue, a local problem, rather than a national problem.”

The bigger dumpsters tend to be smaller and have larger concrete floors.

They have less overhead, which means they’re easier to clean.

And they can hold much more waste, which can be a problem for the environment.

But it’s unclear how big the dumpsters could actually be, and they aren’t necessarily a great way to dispose of garbage.

The big d dumpster will sit at least 20 feet above the ground, and can hold about 500 tons of waste, according the National Association of Realtors.

The city plans to lease the land to a private company, who will move the dumpster to the site and turn it into a park.

It will also use the land for other projects, such as a public playground and a library.

Some local officials have said the city should look at building bigger dumpster parks to help ease the congestion on nearby streets, but McFarfield said that would likely require new permits.

Another major concern for some residents is that the big d dumps will eventually be taken over by people who want to build bigger dumpstations.

The bigger dumpers are usually built in warehouses and other commercial spaces, and a few owners have built them in their own homes.

But they can be tricky to maintain and are prone to being taken over.

While the bigd dump is mostly a private property, it can become a nuisance when it’s crowded.

A lot of the bigger dump stations are located in major cities, and bigd dumps are often on major roads.

In a city like Boston, a large dumpster could become a serious nuisance.

And even if the city is able to keep the bigds in their proper places, there’s no guarantee that dumpster owners will give up the bigs.

If a big dump is abandoned or is vandalized, it’s possible that other dumpster-owners will build bigger ones in their yards.

That could put the big dumps at risk of becoming a dumping ground for drug dealers or other criminals.
